These are just some of the amazing ways in which Ella’s Monster Supporters have raised funds for her charities. Every fundraiser/event and challenge counts towards saving lives.

Ella’s Monster Treadmill Challenge

The 225 Club in Cobham kindly hosted a 24hr treadmill in honour of Ella and to raise money for her charities. Thanks to the amazing support of friends, family, gym members and the wonderful local community - the treadmill kept running for a full 24 hrs and at times there were two people running at the same time. It was incredible to see Ella’s friends from school take part and even Ella to be able to join in for the last minute. It required lots of caffeine, sleeping on the floor and numerous sore legs - but all the running, jogging and walking paid off and the event raised £2,418.00.

Ella’s Monster Half Marathon

A wonderful friend of the family Andrejka kindly chose to don her running gear and tackle the Windsor Half Marathon in honour of Ella for her charities. She kept those legs moving and managed to complete the half marathon - even with all the hills. We are so incredibly grateful to have Monster supporters like Andrejka who managed to raise £1,790.00 with this fundraiser.

Ella’s Monster Mudder

The team at brand brewery decided to prove they were as tough as Ella and took on the South London Tough Mudder challenge. They ran, fell and generally got absolutely caked in mud but had a brilliant time doing it. Ella came down to cheer everyone on and enjoyed watching them all scramble through the obstacles. The team were amazing and managed to raise £2,995.00 for Ella’s charities.

Ella’s Monster Bake

As Ella’s energy returned she decided she wanted to find a way to give back to the charities that have helped her and also doing incredible work for others with brain tumours. So in honour of The Big Bake, for The Brain Tumour Charity, Ella hosted a bake sale after school. She raised £245.00 from the sale and there were a lot of satisfied customers.

Ella’s Monster Flight

Ella’s mum (Claire) took to the skies on top of a bi-plane to raise money for Ella’s Monster Journey. She travelled at speeds of up to 135mph, whilst doing twists and turns and landed back safely all without passing out. Claire described the experience as a massive challenge and exhilarating but she just thought of Ella’s bravery and tried to show the same courage. Claire raised an astounding £5,695 – well done Claire!

Ella’s Monster Climb

In June 2022 - Ella’s mum (Claire) decided to tackle another challenge and flew out to Tanzania to climb Kilimanjaro over 7 days. With months of training and thankfully very little altitude sickness she summited the peak with Ella's Godmother (Emily) as the sun rose over the mountain. They managed to raise over £11,000 for both the Brain Tumour Charity and Royal Marsden!

Ella’s Monster Marathon

Ella’s mum (Claire) took on the huge challenge of completing the London Marathon in April 2023. After securing a place in the ballot and with months of training under her belt, Claire set off from Greenwich Park and crossed the line on the Mall in under 5 hours! Through documenting her training and amazing achievement of finishing the Marathon, she raised an incredible £10,609.00 for the Brain Tumour Charity.
